Everything is fake. Products is shipped from China. Customer service will treat you like garbage. You fill a complaint to Paypal and Paypal will just send it to them without helping you. They will ask to ship it to China somewhere in a warehouse and pay for shipping. Description on their site and pictures are fake. They pretend to have an office and ship from USA, fake too. Customer service satisfaction is bull[censored]. Even after contacting them and agree for 30% credit, nothing.

I order a lovely racehorse game. Their picture depicted a lovely wooden storage box, 12 game pieces, dice and playing cards. What I received was a printed piece of cardboard and 4 plastic horses. My claim with PayPal was in vain as the company stated they would give me a full refund if I return my item to 福州舞文弄墨文化传媒有限公司. I am already out $28.98 and I am suppose to pay to return this crap to China? I am so angry with PayPal and these scammers. I went back to the listing and I now see in reviews that they did this to many more people. Always read reviews before buying anything on line!

I purchased four amethyst angels from Sun - www.birdayuker.com - using my PayPal account. That was on January 25, 2021. I received them 2 days ago - they were all broken. I have e-mailed this to the address given for contact - [email protected] - but the e-mails have been returned. I paid $43.16. My bank statement says Fu Zhou Wu Wen N IAT on January 26, 2021. I would like a refund from this company. My e-mail address is [email protected]. Thank you.

I found an ad on Facebook and ordered a balance maze board using my Paypal for sending my payment. I don't remember using a website for the product. The Paypal reciept says Dance Writing Company and the email address as [email protected]. My bank statement says billed from Fu Zhou Wu Wen N IAT. I never received the product nor ever received notification or confirmation about my order from the company.
