You received 10 women's tops for $34.97, including shipping. They send you a tracking number that works on China Post but not on the USPS site, which you are supposed to be able to use once it enters the USA. Said it was delivered, and it never was. In the email they sent me it said maybe it was delivered to a neighbor or the post office messed it up, when the post office has nothing to do with it. They count on this. They send this reply to throw you off so you don't fight it and they don't offer a replacement or your money back, so you lose it. Once they started this I contacted Capital One to let them know what was going on and they started their investigation.
