I bought US size 13 shoes. What I received were shoes that only measured 11.5" inches long on the outside. I asked for a refund, they offered either a 15% refund or a 100% refund if I spent $60 to mail them back to China. And even though I emailed a picture of the shoe with measuring tape demonstrating its short size, they still claimed they were size 13.
