* Manage the brand’s social media channels and develop visual content strategies.
* Manage the work & deliverables of two-three freelance designers.
Required experience:
* Must have good graphic design skills.
* Experience managing a team of designers.
* Experience designing B2B applications a plus.
* Passion for creating products and services that resonate emotionally with people.
* Highly organised and capable of managing many different projects at once.

We are looking for a creative individual to work within our network and connect with our team. We pride ourselves on creating diverse creative pieces for a number of brands and audiences. Our visual concepts are used for brands, experiential events, social media, websites, online learning and much more. You’ll be responsible for designing for a variety of projects with creative briefs to help develops solutions with high visual impact.
Duties may include:
- Create and update various print materials such as event flyers, brochures, client manuals, etc.
- Create and publish relevant, high quality, visual content based on existing collateral.
- Creates and maintains an organized photo resource library.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Communicate and partner with vendors to produce items that meet brand standards.
Required experience:
- Excellent communications skills.
- Experience in web design and photography is a plus
- 1-3 years of design experience
- Proficient in graphic applications including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have passion for creativity with an eye for detail.
