Dallianse Reports & Reviews (1)

Dallianse (https://dallianse.com/) is a fraudulent website (domain appears to be privately registered and the admin address on file is the GoDaddy HQ In Tempe...) company that advertises on Instagram and sells clothing online. They say they offer "risk fee" purchasing, and guarantee customer satisfaction. But they do not accept returns. Their stated guarantee is as follows:

"...we want to make sure we back that up with a risk-free 14-day Guarantee. Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize there is absolutely ZERO risk in buying Our products and trying them out. If you don’t like it, no hard feelings we’ll make it right.

We have 24/7/365 Ticket and Email Support, Please Contact Us if you need assistance."

When items arrived, originating in China, I found that they did not fit. So I inquired about returning them. "Molly" sent a link to their return policy: https://dallianse.com/policies/refund-policy which contains no information about where to send returns or how to initiate a tracked return. When I emailed and specifically asked for the address, I received no response. She told me I would have to send it back to China where it originated from. But again, provided no address and way of tracking my return.

They say they offer a risk-free experience, but it's an "all sales final" money grab.
