I ordered an item and I received an email stating that it had shipped the next day. After waiting for a month and a half, and not receiving my item, I emailed customer service. They provided me with a link to track the shipping of my order. I had been checking the shipping periodically, but one day, the link had been disabled. I knew something was wrong when the shipper kept having nothing but problems with delivery. I contacted customer service again when the link was disabled and asked for a refund. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund immediately since the package was still out for delivery, but they had elevated my request to the highest priority level.

An Apple CarPlay adapter was advertised on Facebook. I purchased it and received an "order number" but the company now appears to no longer exist and I never received any further information nor follow up about my order. Or the product.
