I ordered a TX flower wreath that looked NOTHING like the photo when I received it. With dissatisfaction, I reached out to the company to return it for a refund. The response process was slow and I was asked if I wanted a very nominal (15%) discount to save me the time money of returning it out of the country. This place is a scam and I hope no one else falls for it. They should be shut down by the BBB.

I placed an order from this website and the item I received is not at all what was pictured on their website. I believe this business is using stolen images and a fictitious "about" story to sell their product. I also believe they are using fake 5-star reviews to sell their product. I purchased a wreath from this company. What was pictured was a wreath made of dried flowers affixed to a vine wreath base. What I received was cheap plastic flowers affixed to a cheap plastic base. I've included pictures. I contacted the company to request a refund and they let me know that I would have pay to ship the product back to China. I know there's no way I will get my money back for this, but I want to warn people not to buy from this company.
