Purchased an item October 2015. Followed up by email to see if it as shipping. Said he was working on it and would be sent out after. Followed up again. No response. Later mentioned the company on Instagram and finally got some Direct Message responses. The messages were all unprofessional, immature, and hostile. Said he would look into the refund but of course he has not. Would not purchase from him. Very unfortunate.
