I purchased a pair of shoes from dagast, responding to an Instagram advertisement. When I checked on the order it said “pending” but my card was charged right away for $99. 3 months later and still no shoes. I now understand that although the website looked legitimate and all the product reviews were good, the customer service email ([email protected]) doesn’t match the company name and is suspicious. I have learned my lesson and will never order Instagram products again!
