I'm 79 years old. I keep receiving calls offering to lower my credit card rates. He says his name is Paul Johnson. He had a Spanish accent. He had my full name, my address and phone number. He said he could save me $8000 of my $20,000 credit card debt. He said DA Services had an office in Cleveland, OH. He asked me if I was married, and whether I live alone. He wants to come out and see me. I said no, I have to talk to my son who lives next door. Then he said "He controls what you do". I said no, I just need advice. He hung up. He said his cell number was 561-536-4384.
