We were helping our son find an apartment to rent and this company posed as a rental company and asked for our private information as well as a large security deposit. I realized they were a scam when they weren't on yelp or referenced anywhere online except for their own website. Their street address is fake and misspelled. They got our $30 application fee and some sensitive information but we did not send the $5800 deposit thank goodness.
