I ordered a reborn baby doll for my daughter for Christmas from this site; cutecozylife.com. The doll I chose to order looks almost identical to my daughter. I was mind blown so I HAD to order. When I received the doll it looked NOTHING at all like the picture. Very poor quality and honestly just scary looking. Not cute at all and certainly not worth $110. I emailed support for cutecozylife about returning the doll possibly and getting a full refund. They told me they would give me 10% refund. I said absolutely not. They upped it to 30% I still declined. I want a full refund and to give this doll back to them. Finally, they agreed if I send the doll in to them that when they received it, I would get a full refund. Well, I don't trust that at all. I've had others tell me they were also scammed by this site and never received their money. I have emailed them multiple times now telling them I would agree to 50% refund and keep the doll but they refuse to respond to me now. I'm a single parent of 3 children. I really needed this money for my daughters Christmas gift. I certainly won't be keeping this doll. I am just sick to my stomach that I have lost my $110. Please help in any way that you can. Thanks so much.
