I ordered an item, the final total was almost double what I was expecting to pay, so I cancelled the order within a day. Their refund policy was that they would refund for a cancellation if the item had not yet been shipped. I cancelled 2 days before it was shipped. I contacted them repeatedly and got no response. They sent it anyway and it will cost a fortune in return shipping. They still will not respond to my complaints. Do not use this company. They do not keep their word and do not respond!!!

I ordered online, paid with PayPal, they provided a tracking #, the tracking number showed the shipment made it to my state but then got stuck. I contacted them after waiting 10 days for it to get unstuck. They said the tracking # was incorrect and supplied me with a different tracking # that showed a package containing 1 item was delivered. I originally ordered 4 items AND no package was ever delivered.
