They advertise a custom car air freshener product designed to look like a turntable with customized scented records. After ordering, they provided false and misleading tracking information, ignored contact attempts, and lied about fulfilling my order when reports were made through their third party payment system shopify.

Placed an order on 5/26. Received an order confirmation email, but did not receive any further information (ETA, tracking, etc). I went back to the website and original email to find contact information and was only able to find an email address. I sent an email on 6/13 requesting an update on the status of my order. Sent another email on 6/18. Received and email on 6/26 stating that my order was shipped and I was provided a tracking number. Sent a 3rd email on 6/28. it is now 7/18, almost 2 months after placing the order and I have not received any further communication and the status of the tracking number has been "processing" since 6/26.
