Thought i was ordering Christmas items from BigLots, my card was charged, items never delivered and false tracking number.

Bought items on black Friday and they posed as big lots, and they provided a order # and even a tracking # I tracked it for 20 days and on the 18th I contacted the (customer service via email no phone number provided) I'm going to dispute with them and with my credit union. Watch close cause I looked today at Name very closely and is say biglost

Order sports package for husband for Christmas. Company gave me a tracking number from carrier. It appears they dropped it at usps for delivery but no one can provide me the usps tracking number. They only offered a 30% refund.

I purchased a ping pong table through what appeared to be costco wholesale. I received a tracking # with everything in Chinese (go figure) and it says was delivered and of course it wasn't.

I ordered 2 shirts and 1 pair of boots and never received them. I was sent tracking info that was in Chinese and couldn’t read it. They said it was delivered, but I did not get it.
