You'll never get a Return Authorization for the inferior wrong sized, wrong descriptive articles IF they ever even return your email and don't even think about talking to A CSR in person. They will offer you a $3 settlement. Do Not Order from these Scam artists.

Ordered what looked like stylish and trendy tops, to receive cheap material, did not fit and unable to return. They messaged me late at night requesting I measure and take pictures of the items to compare to their size chart. After about 4-5 of these emails, they offered $5 credit on over $100 purchase. Then said I would need to pay for the return shipping to China. Don't waste your time or money on their products-very product, poor service.

My order took over 2 months to arrive and the clothes were incorrectly sized and of VERY poor quality, I sent everything back. There is no number to contact them, now it has been 2 more months and they have not returned my money, I just received an email from them asking for pictures of clothing I returned 2 months ago...if this is not a scam then it is extremely poor business practice.

Shame on this company! They have my money and the clothing products. They play act stupid. Shipping takes forever no return address and then when you return to the address you received the goods from, and even when signed for all this takes so long even the bank won’t honor a refund because it’s beyond the 60 time frame. This company needs to be brought down and refund everyone’s money plus damages because this is fraud and they still are doing it to honest customers.

I ordered 3 items 4/21/20. I got two - not as described and they did not fit. I filed a complaint with Paypal ( luckily I paid via Paypal). I got one the other item, again not what was pictured and it did not fit. I spent $71.90 and am waiting for Paypal to refund

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am another victim of the same experience. I spent $106 on 4 shirts. I only received 2. They are made very cheaply and I also do not know how they photographed so well. The tracking # they gave me when I questioned after waiting 6 weeks where my order was, was an invalid tracking #. I am trying now to get a refund, but, they are being ridiculous. They have not sent me a return label, address to send it to, nothing. Never again will I buy something advertised on Facebook!

I find the pictures of the items within the website absolutely beautiful. However, when you get the items home you will be left wondering how this cheap piece of thin fabric who’s fiber content remain unknown and unlike any other, are able to photograph so well. Order some clothing from curvelady.com and received 2 items out of 6 and was very upset to find out the material is itchy and cheap the style is cut wrong therefore not fitting the way it should. I tried emailing them and they email me back asking for photos of items in which I did, after that it was downhill no return address, no telephone number no physical address ONLY EMAIL ADDRESS and its been like this since April 30, 2020??I haven't had any luck in getting an address for returns and a refund back . So stressing I call my Bank to let them know about this and a provisional credit was given until the investigation is over.PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY or else you'll be in the same situation I am.

I placed an order with CurveLady on 4/17/2020. A company called fabfashion debited my account for $106.20. I ordered 5 items of clothing. Today is 5/26/2020, and I have attempted to get my order delivered by contacting an email: [email protected]([email protected]). I have gotten emails in return, and they keep sending me a tracking number that says the package has been delivered. My order number is 11290.
