I contacted the business multiple times to report the issue. The company apologized and claimed they had shipped a replacement. However, they provided the same tracking number that was associated with the original shipment, which clearly shows a delivery date in May and therefore could not correspond to a new shipment.
For several months—from May through November—I exchanged numerous emails with the business attempting to resolve the issue. Despite my repeated efforts, they continued to provide the same invalid tracking number and have not provided proof of a replacement shipment or issued a refund.
As of today, November 10, 2025, I still have not received the product for which I paid, nor any legitimate resolution from the business.
