Can’t be reached by phone. Email always says will be sent within a week. Ordered 2 and half months ago and still no product

I purchased a drone and extra battery- the bill was paid by my credit card - I was notified of shipment but the postal service never received the item - my subsequent emails have gone unanswered and the phone number on the order is not in service
