This company is a complete SCAM do not believe anything they say and do not purchase a puppy from anyone that says they will ship so easily. The people pray on dog lovers and know when you think it is a real puppy you will do almost anything thinking they are sitting in a crate in a shipping facility. There is no puppy it is all a scam they post on sites saying puppies are available and they are the same people that tie to the shipping company and it is always more. For us it was "insurance" that we had to pay that was fully refundable. I finally told them that i would simply drive to Atlanta and get the puppy that is where they started coming up with other reasons i couldnt drive to get the dogs, etc. Please save yourself stress and heartbreak and do not under any circumstances believe anything these people say or send them any money what so ever!

I have been using them for the past 8 months, and its has always been a great experience, they help me to meet our nice puppy, which was deliver to our home, though doing the month of June they got some problems, but that's sorted out, I will always recommend them.

I have been using Crystal courier Express, for the past two years now, they are the best for shipping, puppy and some discreet package, yes is true doing the covid 19, Around June, they were having some issues, but they are good now, I will always recommend them. Though some companies who tried to sue , keep sabotaging them.

This company or person said that he was a company tbat handled shipping of all different things including pets. They advised me that a individual by the name of Barbra Linda contacted them to ship two puppies. I was offered overnight shipping of the puppies. I was advised that I had to send $360 to cash app because their PayPal was down. I was told I would get tge puppies tge next day the day I was supposed to get the puppies they called to say I needed to pay $520 for the puppies to get two shots I talked to Barbra Linda she said she would pay $220 and I had to pay $300 plus $50 fee for keeping the puppies these while they fed and cared for the puppies. Which i did send the money because it was for the care of the dogs. I was told that the puppies would be sent to me the next day. I called to see where the puppies where and John Howard told me that he couldn't tell me over the phone why I didn't get the puppies so he composed an email advising that I needed to send $350 more for new cages for the dogs I drew the line there I called and told him I would drive to come get the puppies which he agreed and provided an address I drove from Jacksonville to Atlanta Georgia and once I got to Atlanta all line of communication were cut on John Howard's end Barbra Linda continued to try to do something on her end which she advised me she had no luck. My husband and I took off of work and sat around for 4 hours trying to get in contact with John Howard and he did not return a call or text or email.
