I ordered a dress online and received a completely different item. I reviewed the return policy before I placed my order and the info on the website states that they're based in Akron, OH. When I reached out letting them know they sent me the wrong dress, they told me I need to ship it back to a warehouse in China and pay for the return myself. They claimed they'd reimburse the shipping cost once recieved but everything about this company is a lie. This is the address/info they provided on where they wanted the item shipped:
