Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased a product from an on-line company by the name of Quintessential Moduler Car Parts. Paid $400.00 for the product plus an additional $100.00 for shipping. This was paid will Cash App. Quintessential set up shipping with a company called Cross Roads Logisitics. I paid another $200.00 for insurance and then they asked for another $300.00 in taxes to Cross Roads. They would not be able to ship without the $300.00 tax. I paid using Cash App and Bitcoin. I was told the insurance and tax was fully refundable when teh product is delievered. The shipper provided a website to allow me to track my order. However, it has been over a week and the tracking information never chnaged. I emailed, sent texts and called teh shipping company. They have made excuses about having systems problems, but in a text statement said the product is in transit. I have no idea if I am going to receive a product.
