BeneShield has nothing to do with any of this. Whatever is going on is concocted by Ken Philips and Credex. BeneShield was helping only with marketing what was purported to be legitimate business by Ken, and they are just as much of a victim as anyone because of these false allegations. BeneShield had zero to do with the $50,000 that you submitted to Ken/Credex, which his attorney says was returned to you.

Beneshield claims to hire PG Executives for Credex. Ken Phillips runs said program with Gwen Nicholson, both whom run under the name of Beneshield as well, but Jeff Sokol of Beneshield will later tell you these people only only work for Credex. The job is to be a fiduciary executive for a company they assign you (you will never see any proof, never talk to anyone, again -smoke and mirrors). You are are oversee their finances, you must submit your credit, finances, SSN, etc to be approved. You pay for this every month, i the hopes that any day theyir HR det will get it all up and running like "all the others" before you". To get started sooner, you can send in *your own cash* to their attorney's IOLTA trust held account, fund your assigned company up front while Benesheild's funding team finishes getting your company you've been assigned up and running (and in meantime, you start getting your salary as agreed). Fast forward MANY months later...your money is gone and they'll pass you off from one person to the next, its all smoke and mirrors. There will never be any assigned company, there is no funding, there's nothing - They took your money and ran away laughing. 50k later for just myself and many other employees who have lost 10K+, it will finally catch up with them as we're gathering all the info for all states involved and everyone is getting reported.
