I stupidly ordered a product through a Facebook ad and used PayPal as my form of payment. I was initially confused and became suspicious after a couple weeks when I inquired and was given 2 different tracking numbers from 2 different source countries. China and Slovenia. When I started an email resolution with the company, all I got was a runaround saying "they're showing it's on the way". Finally went to PayPal and started a complaint, sent all my info that I screenshot, and had another 5 or 6 interactions with the company that's name changed to sanmoleo Co.,Ltd. I never knew that or would have seen the negative reviews here and online. In the end PayPal actually sided with the scam company. I have video cameras and there was never a delivery, they said the package was passed to the USPS and there never was a USPS tracking number.
