KitchenAid mixer never received from TikTok seller
I never received the product.
The tracking number states as delivered to my house but wasn't.
The name and address on the shipping label wasn't mine. The name was John *****. The USPS couldn't give me the address for privacy, understandable.
The USPS stated the shipping label was wrong, not my name or address and that it was Fraud/Scam and done intentionally.
The package weight did not match that of a stand mixer and it was noted to be placed inside the mailbox.
I spoke to USPS - Hanover, Pa phone # ******** employee ******.
I contacted the seller. They deny responsibility stating it was shipped correctly.
It was not.
I contacted TikTok they refuse to reimburse me.
I contacted my credit card company to withdraw payment and investigate.
I gave the seller, CRDListings, the number and name at the USPS. They refuse to call and take no responsibility.
This was a scam/fraud per USPS.
This business needs shut down!
