I received 2 letters in the mail from C.P.S. Filing asking for $295 to file my 2022 Safety Plan for Workplace. The letter looks very formal. But the gmail address threw me off. Plus, I've not ever heard of OSHA asking for money for a safety plan for a small business.

They claim my business needs to file annual certificate for LLC. They claim if we don't then we will loose our LLC Status and ask that we fill out the form they sent in the mail and enclose a check for $125.00 to C.P.S. 300 W. Memorial Road Ste. 123-339 Oklahoma City, Ok. 73120. They are a scam and should be put out of Business.
