This is a know scam in the state of Hawaii - an LLC that is apparently based in Michigan - is trying to collect annually from LLC's in Hawaii (and probably other states) - sends a very official looking "ANNUAL REPORT INSTRUCTION FORM" and request for immediate payment of $195.00. I ALMOST paid it but I had a suspicion about it and then actually received the warning in an email from the DCCA. How are these folks able to do this and not be shut down if the government knows about them. Any way just thought I'd say something. mahalo.
