Saw an Ad on TikTok Shop from "CozyMocs" (their website was cozymocs.com) about their platform slippers for $4.00, I bought 2 on November 10th 2023, a week went by and I never received a tracking number for either of the shoes. On November 22nd I emailed them at [email protected] stating I haven't received any form of communication form them about my package, I received an email this morning November 28th at 8:16am from someone of the name of "Rachel Peake" Head of customer care from "Sparenza", that stated they will check details of my order with their fulfilment team. I went to google the company name "Sparenza" it doesn't exist, and neither does CozyMocs, I'm not sure if they took the website down but there is nothing there when I check. When they did have their website up the reviews were all the same people just different names. I don't care about the $8.00 I lost but just to warn people of this scam and not to buy from a company called "CozyMocs" or "Sparenza" they aren't real.
