I ordered cheap nice furniture for my new apartment to save money and you don’t get a shipping number or anything of that sort but what they provide and that’s not much. I ordered my stuff on the 06/28/26 but I still have yet received the order(s). I have emailed them as it’s the only option of contacting them. So as of today the 7th of August it says delivered if that was the case it would be in the leasing office.

Ordered on June 20th, its August 3rd. I lost about $20 it was 2 couches for my kids room. I should've known because the add was from Tiktok but still never had an issue with scams before! AI chat bot and the order says delivered but never was. I emailed the "support team" as well without a response. Total scam.

I had seen this site on TikTok for a boneless couch that had been on sale and I have never received it. They claim they attempted delivery and a bunch of other things but it isn’t true. Cozya home is a scam do not do it

I ordered a "boneless couch" based off a TikTok ad that showed a small loveseat style couch that came in 2 pieces. I received an alert from Discover asking to verify my purchase which I have this setting enabled so I thought nothing of it. The tracking shows zero details, no point of origin, no progress and no carrier. The customer support claims to be in the US but the supposed tracking claims international shipping. I know I should have known better, this is on me. The website is now down confirming my suspicions that this was a scam.

I purchased a boneless couch from this company on tiktok and it never arrived. I keep getting updated emails every 5 days telling me the item is still in transit. The last email told me that the delivery was failed because of road restrictions because of a local event. There is no local event blocking the road or roads to my home

I ordered two nightstands that were being sold 2 for $30.00 and I never received the items. There was no customer service number and every time I checked the status of the delivery it kept saying update again in 2 days. It keeps on saying that every time I check it but I am still never received my items a month later. The first time they ran the card, the bank rejected it. The next day, the bank approved it and about a week later, they tried to charge my card again for $70.00, but my card was locked so they were not able to get the money. If I check it still to this day it says next update will be in two days but I have never received my items so I am out and need to replace my debit card and information because they keep trying to charge my card.

I ordered an air conditioner on 5/20 attach is the fake tracking, I had a doorbell cam and I live in a residential area so there is no businesses or buildings around me and no delivery was ever capture on my ring cam, also when you email you just get a (this is an automatic confirmation that we’ve received your email and our team is on it and you’ll get a personal reply shorty) which I did not) and they have no phone number.
