I ordered two bags totaling 19.57 from truetshirt.com on June 22, 2026. I ordered through TikTok shop.

I have emailed back and forth countless times about not receiving the bags. They have claimed to re-send them and did not receive those either.

When I said I would contact the Better Business Bureau they said they would refund 70% of my cost. However, 3 1/2 months later and I have no bags nor refund.
