My mother made a purchase of over $200 on cheap Christmas ornaments. 2 days after the order was placed, we contacted the seller and attempted to cancel the order. We were told it had already shipped and could not be cancelled however, they lied because it wasn't until 3 days later we got the email that the items had shipped. They told us to contact them as soon as the items were received to process a return. There is a 14 day return policy on their site. We did that and they are refusing to process a return and offered commendation of $7 in return for keeping the items. They REFUSE to process a return. The company will take your money, give you crap for it then do NOTHING to make a problem correct. Total scale. Just a quick Google search of Coverfrot.com has them listed as a scam company all over the place.

I purchased what was promoted on Facebook ads as Spanx Air Essential Jumpsuit. When the items arrived they were not Spanx material or as pictured online. The fabric was see through, had a sheen and smelled (as pictured). The website also states a 90-day money back guarantee and full refund policy. When I contacted the business per their policy they asked for photos of why I wanted to return, which I supplied. They replied only:

Thanks for your email.

We feel terribly sorry for your dissatisfaction.

We are so sorry about your unpleasant experience

and we will report this to our related apartment and urge them to improve.

I ordered a Portable Choking Rescue Device for Adult and Children from Coverfrot on March 3, 2023. As of June 6, 2023, I have not received the product. I have made numerous attempts to get a refund. However, all I get is “please be patient and wait for an update.”
