I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online from a company called Susan Mary Kentucky. The shoes arrived and were cheap ugly quality and did not fit me. I emailed the company asking how I should return them. They responded saying I would have to pay to have them shipped to a warehouse in Asia. (Nowhere on their website did it say the company was in Asia.) Or they offered me a 50% cash refund instead of paying to ship them that far. I emailed them to accept that refund. I never heard from them again. I sent several emails asking where my refund was and got no response. They owe me $80.69.

Bought my gf a shirt from the website for Christmas, took over a month to arrive, and when it did it looked nothing like the advertisement. They will not respond from the email provided. They know our address and credit card information, and we had to report it through our bank, who reported to police. Complete scam of a company selling Amazon quality items and using Ai pictures to make you think they’re legit, avoid at all costs. Picture attached shows what we thought we were buying on the left and what we got is the cheap junk on the right.
