I ordered a weight management product online. The company stated the product is Canadian made, that orders will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering, and they post publically online that they have a 180 day refund policy no questions asked. They did not ship my product until two weeks after payment, which did not follow their 24 hour policy. When I recieved my product, the physical product itself was not correct and the box I recieved clearly states “Made in USA” which is not what they advertise being Canadian made. I emailed the company to request a refund as my product was not what I ordered and that I wanted my money back. They replied saying no refund will be given and have since then stopped contact with me, even after I provided proof that my product wasn’t as advertised.
