Shady and unprofessional

Haven't gotten paid for work I did months ago. Was scheduled 8-5, worked 8-7 (after being told OT was approved) and helped save a disaster of a show. Was told I would not get OT and after disputing was told to agree to 1hr of OT or not get paid. Was told they'll never hire me again yet a week later they called me to work again but I declined. Extremely unprofessional.

They used to operate as VTS Video Tech Services. They shut their doors claiming COVID hardship and did not pay their their techs from past jobs. They owe 100's of technicians 1000's of dollars. They would hire technicians at a higher rate but then pay significantly lower on the job day. Example hired at $30 hr then paid $19 hr

They got the PPP COVID loan and opened up as Corporate AV Labor, CAVL.

They are now contacting all the techs that they money to claiming to be a new company. "Hello I'm representative from CAVL. We bought the old technician contact list from VTS and offer you employment but at a lower rate"
