We were told by a friend that Callaway Chrome Soft Triple Track golf balls were for sale. You supposedly get 4 dozen for $39.99 plus $9.99 for shipping. Once we got the confirmation that the items were ordered, we received an email to track the package. When I tracked the package, it was written in Chinese. Didn't know where it was coming from (Obviously China). Then it said that it was in customs waiting to be cleared. Stated on 7/30 that it had been cleared from customs and was delivered 7/31 in or around our mailbox. Stated to even check our neighbors if the package was accidently shipped to the wrong house. Sent an email stating we did not receive the product. Told them if we didn't receive a refund, I would contact BBB. I was sent an email from customercare-vip
