I ordered a back massager from Cordbit website. They are advertised on Facebook, Instagram, Judgeme also. I ordered this and they deducted the amount of $379.99 from my bank account on 7/15/2023. The only way for me to contact them is through their website where an email pops up for customers. I have sent several emails asking where my back massager was. There was one message that came back saying that their shipping manager had to go to Urkraine to visit her family and it takes longer to ship out all orders. I have waited 4 weeks on this back massager. There is a back massager just like it on Etsy.com, just like the one I ordered. But this Cordbit company has never sent it to me. The tracking label on UPS is 1Z15F90V0396513305. UPS has never received the package. There is little information on their website about an address, or where they operate. My bank account statement shows Cordbit is possibly operating in Delaware.
