Stated this is an urgent message intended for (me) in reference to a complaint that has just been forwarded to their office. If I have questions concerning the pending actions to contact them at 866-617-4312, also gave a file number. Said it requires my immediate attention and its important "the firm" speak to me or they will be forced to make a decision without my consent. First off, they used my maiden name which I haven't used in over 20 years, also, the number isn't a searchable number which any credible business would have. They have called from three different numbers..714-942-2166, 312-429-5829 and the above mentioned.
