Sent a few items i didn't order, 1 item i did order and it was damaged. I ordered 6 items, recieved a total of 4 items. 1 of these 4 was what i ordered but damaged.

I sent pics of what was recieved. They said keep it and they would give me 10% back! I said no made a final offer of 30% back. I didn't recieve what i ordered and they refuse to let me return what they mistakenly sent! After 2 months of waiting for it to even arrive!
