Definitely a scam

I also ordered a product from this company and when it still hadn’t been shipped weeks after ordering I tried to cancel multiple times and they refused while continuing to offer me coupons and reassurance. When I finally received the product 6 weeks after the order, it was cheap, discolored polyester with hanging seams and so flimsy it wouldn’t last through a wash. I’ve asked to return the item and they seem to be minimally responsive, asking for pictures ( which I have submitted) and seem to be trying to run out the clock on the return time. They block actual reviews on their website and FB page and seem to be a scam as others have the same complaints. I will be filing a request to retract payment via my credit card but am trying to save others the expense and hassle of falling for this scam

I ordered a sweater in mid-November and after some follow-ups, it arrived at the end of December. With no need for it, I requested a refund and to return it. I was told that the return process is lengthy and expensive shipping costs are borne to the buyer. They say it needs to be returned to China, yet the label on the package was from New Jersey. Twice they asked if I would instead accept a discount coupon. After several back and forth communications, it became clear that they did not plan to provide any refunds or provide return info. Over the past months of this I’ve realized it’s a total scam: hundreds of fake reviews, emails with incorrect grammar and no name of the customer rep. I eventually opened the package to find a cheap polyester top that looks nothing like described. I found the Trustpilot site that shares reviews on companies and discovered I am not the only one who’s been had by this company. We all had the same exact experience. I don’t think they should be in business as their products are not as advertised and the policies are not upheld.

I was able to dispute this charge with my credit card company, but I feel I must protect others from losing money.
