My computer said it was locked and Spectrum said they hadn't locked it. I called Computer Nerds off of the internet. I used my debit card and paid $150 for them to get into my computer and fix it, which they did and gave me one year coverage. Three weeks later they called me and told me that they could not cover my service anymore because their server crashed and they wanted to refund my money. They asked me for my bank account number, I told them to put it back on my debit card. They took $125 using my card and bought an Apple Gift Card through Amazon. I had several phone conversations within two days with different guys. The refund officer wanted me to give him $1500 because he accidently typed in $1500 instead of $150. and he was going to loose his job. He gave me a story about having children and a wife and going to loose his job. I told him I will not give him my bank account number and I cancelled my bank card so they couldn't take any more money.
