I ordered from this so called company on Dec 8th 2021, for a total of 49.00 got email confirming order received, and not one word sense! GOT SCAMED...Sadly their not the only one that got me this yr!
And it sucks, I have custody of my 8 yr old granddaughter sense she was 3 (I'm retired) and this kind of ripped her off for Christmas!

I ordered the 81x81 bean bag on Dec 11, 2021 and same as the rest of you, haven’t heard anything. No response to my email. Ripped off $59.99. I’m mildly surprised they haven’t tried to use my card number further than the one purchase.. I’m hoping the bank can help.

I’ve been getting the same responses from them….word for word. I requested a refund and every time I do they just tell me their orders are back logged and it will ship out the next week. Been emailing with them for about a month now.

I ordered the 81x81 comfy bean large cozy sack on12/15/2021. Received an order confirmation and number and have heard nothing since. I will check with AMEX to see if anything can be done. It's a shame someone isn't stopping this type of stealing.

Sadly it seems I, too, was scammed. Ordered one on 12/16…nothing. Many emails saying that it was delayed to TikTok but no true communication to my response. It’s sad that we can’t trust people to be true to their word.

I placed and order back in November and never received my order. Come December I asked for a refund and some lady named Mary gave me the run around via email for weeks and now they have stop responding at all. The phone number provided ..doesn't even work. You can only email them.

I fell for it. On 12/16/21 I purchased online thru a Facebook ad for the 57x57 comfy bean bag. They responded with an email telling me they would update with shipping info, The ad said it was going take 8 to 10 business days to arrive (free shipping) I've heard nothing back from them, tried emailing them twice still nothing. They took $49.99 from my account.

Ordered the large Bean Bag ($59.00) for my daughter for Christmas 2021. I've been patiently waiting for a shipping update to which I still had not gotten. I went to check on rhe website since I've had nothing in my email and low and behold there is not no page for thr product. I read reveiews but sadlt they must have all been fake. Its a dang shame people have to deal with getting ripped off!
