What blows me away about this scam is the email is from [email protected] meaning that it was send from a financial institution. I wonder if we can complain to citi financial about the scam if we can get our money back. I will try, and if I do I will come back and report my findings.

Citi anything emails are found to be scams so if you get an email from someone with citi it’s usually a scam unless it’s from the bank itself.

Ordered this bean bag after seeing an ad on Facebook, thought it would be a perfect gift for Christmas. Here it is March 7th 2022 and I still don't have the bean bag. I too recieved several messages from Mary stating my order would ship after being backordered from going live on social media. I played along for a couple of months until getting fed up of waiting and requested a refund. Its been three weeks and no response from the company.

I ordered December 4th got the confirmation email. Money was deducted from my account. Nothing...what do I do? Am I SOL? I've learned now if you see something you want to order, Google it and go to the actual website of the product and order from them that way...yes the real site charges much more so if it seems too good to be true it probably is!

DO NOT BUY THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!

As previous customers have stated before this is a SCAM! I ordered my bean bag almost 3 months ago and received the same exact messages as others did on here…they will continuously beat around the bush and say your order has been delayed to postal service or it will get shipped the following weekend etc. They never gave me a confirmation number or tracking or anything. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR PRODUCT! DO NOT BUY! They go by Mary, and Julie(store owner) apparently.

I filed fraud on the internet and went to my bank and the flagged and reported it as fraud as well. Now we just wait and hopefully we can get reimbursed.

Continue to get excuses and told it will ship in a few days or next week or the weekend only to receive nothing. Was given the same excuse that they went viral. When I asked for further contact information on the company they asked for my information to cancel the order. I do not expect to receive my money back at this point either.

Definitely a scam for sure! I paid on December 16th and "Mary" basically had the story they were all sold out when I have been waiting for the tracking information. I've asked 4 times for the tracking information and "Mary" just likes to keep stalling on with the same responses. Waste of time and lesson learned for sure

You’ll never receive it

I ordered a chair on November 12th a month and half of them emailing me on a daily basis that they are back ordered they gave me the option for a refund. I finally said cancel the order and issue a refund on January 2nd. It’s been a month and since that last communication, they have never responded. I’ve officially been scammed, I hope this company has to pay for what they have out is through, it’s robbery.

I placed an order January 2, 2022. Received an email from the company thanking me for my purchase! Within the email it states they will notify me once my order has been sent.

January 13th, 2022 I sent an email to Comfy Bean Bag Chairs along with my order number. I received a reply, “they did not have a order with my name or that order number. They do not do business in the United States.”

I found the original email I received from January 2, 2022 I emailed the company inquiring about
my order. NO RESPONSE!

January 29th I sent another email inquiring about my order. AGAIN, NO RESPONSE!
Absolutely disgusted, I believed I was purchasing a chair for my daughter and I’ve been scammed. Awful gut wrenching feeling that people are so heartless they steal from others. Frustrated single mom ?

They said they were out of stock on the bean bag because they had gone viral on Tik Tok. Kept giving me a date when it would be shipped but never got an email to confirm it was shipped. Every time i contacted them to check on it they would give me a different date when it was going to be shipped. After a month i told them I wanted a refund and they kept responding that it would definitely ship out on a certain date and ignored the refund part.
