I ordered from this company under a different name in August 2020. It is oct. 2, 2020 and I still Haven’t received my kneeling stool for garden. They keep telling me to be patient but still no order, I asked for a refund and haven’t heard from them since, I have contacted my bank.

I purchased on line a garden kneeler and seat which advertised for $19.99US plus shipping .. after 5 weeks of waiting for product all I got was a small tool bag with no kneeler and seat.. contact Colorday asking where was the rest of my order was.. they wrote back and said they were out of stock.. asked for a refund and all they did was offer 30% discount cause I got the tool bag which is probably only worth a few bucks .. after writing 9 x they still would honour a full refund.. would not supply me with a phone number so I could talk to someone.. they were trying to tell me I only ordered Frame and seat bag which they are referring to tool bag. .. their advertisement shows all three products.. very dishonest and misleading.. Don’t deal with them.. you won’t get your money back.. very difficult to deal with ..getting a hold of my credit card company to see if they can do something to refund me..

Yes I too got sucked in by this company. I purchased the garden bag kneeler and seat as they worded it. I received a bag and a spongy foam pad! Absolute rubbish. No frame and by the looks of it no intention of sending one.
They have been impossible to deal with (once you find an email address that works!) and only offered a 40% partial credit. When I demanded a full credit they said I’d have to send what I received back At my own expense and then they would have to inspect the goods...what a joke! Not worth the hassle!

The exact same thing happened to my wife who purchased the kneeling bench for her father who has bladder cancer, in the hope he could do a bit of gardening. They stated that the frame was never included, but this is not stated in the advert. They have only offered a partial refund and if they are to give a 100% refund she must return the pad and bag at her expense and then they will inspect the item for damage, if it is undamaged they will then refund the money. The postal charge to return the item is greater than the cost of the item. This is a scam stay well clear.
