Interest accrues daily on the account. We have no control on when Juliannas bank account will release the funds, however we honored our part of the agreement and disbursed the funds on June 30th. We then received the settlement figure on July 31st. Due to this delay, the account accumulated interest for the time period you had the funds. As a result, we are still missing a payment of $146.34 to settle the loan completely and update it accordingly with the credit bureau.

The funds you claim to have released on June 30th, Friday were unavailable to Julianna's bank until July 3rd, Monday before the July 4th holiday. Due to this bank holiday and the prior weekend, my cosigner had access to the funds on July 5th and I had them on July 6th. I refuse to pay 1 days interest for the bank holiday. Julianna paid the loan back on July 26th, Wed. You claim to have received it on the 31st.
Your false advertising of "get your funds within 24 hours" prey on people like myself who find themselves in financial straights in their senior years due to high medical costs of a loved ones diseases-Congestive heart disease, diabetes, spinal decompression and lameness due to an ACL tear in LT knee and bowed legs.
