I was trying to get some information on my account to win my funds will be available to use after my deposit was on hold. I called customer service and they demanded my last four of my social security number.

I told them I never gave them my last four digits. Total scam after they backed out of it after I confronted her about it. Total scam.

Coin base can look up my account through my email **********@aol.com

I’m sure they have a note to whom I talk to at 5 AM Tuesday morning.

I truly believe they tried to get extra information for criminal identity use in the future.

Thanks for your help.

I hope she gets thrown in jail!

Please note that, if you will need to use another third party brokerage or exchange in order to convert your digital currency into a bank transfer, as that service is no longer available on your account.

I was using coinbase buying and started to sell my crypto’s and the screen went blank one day and I have been trying to get help as this is money I am living on I had sold two different crypto’s and then that happened about a week later website keeps giving me options I don’t understand. No live agents for Canada. Just options that don’t help me. What can I do about this?

April 30 was the last day I checked the Coinbase page to check my account statement when I tried to check the account on May 3 I detected that I was blocked by the same company for 7 days and I checked my bank account and they took out 300 dollars from my own account without authorization. Since in these apps like Coinbase they ask you for your account number and the bank's route to invest in electronic currencies and the worst thing is when they unlock my account 7 days later I realize that they emptied my account with more than 3000 dollars, plus of 3,000 dollars and there is no way to claim since the phone they give you there are only three options but those options do not speak of a scam solution. And this means ScamPulse.com is the only option so that they give me back what was stolen ... what COINBASE I STOLE.

I deposited $50 into my coinbase. I was watching it for about a hour it went up about $3. The next time I got on it was literally gone. And coinbase is now telling me that I owe them $50. These are there words exactly ( On April 23, 2021, you attempted a transfer of $50.00 USD. Unfortunately, the transfer failed due to either a lack of funds or a technical problem with the transfer itself.) there was no problem I seen the deposit with my own eyes. Coinbase just stole from me. DO NOT USE COINBASE

On Saturday 4/24/21 my account got hacked from a person with a IP address from the UK they swindled $500.00 USD out of my bank account bought Bitcoin and immediately transfer the BTC into their wallet. How can a person with a UK IP address access my account it should have been flagged immediately. It has happened to many others from what I have read it's a security breach and hackers will keep on stealing if this situation doesn't get resolved.

I have an account with Coinbase fully verified and setup with a 2FA security feature including google authenticator. Somehow someone "internally" made a purchase with one of my 2 linked bank accounts and purchased thousands of dollars worth of bitcoin. They never notified me. I got into my account a few days ago and I found out that my previous portfolio balance (over $10,000 dollars just disappeared). When I noticed the fraudulent purchase, I remove my linked accounts and file a complaint against this company. They replied with a generic response and locked me out of my account. I sent continuous communications without response. I had my Bank involved at this point and they are investigating. They cannot claim lack of security since I am a tech person and have other exchanges with the same security setup. Reviews in Reddit, TrustPilot and other forum platforms show similar customer experiences. Stay far away from this scam firm.

I have been using this website for one day and when it tells you what the purchase price is of the cryptocurrency and then what the prices when it actually goes through on a trade or a Fiat purchase it goes up between 5 and 10% in addition to being charged a fee. I have this documented it is disgusting and there's nobody to report it to and there's nobody or a format in which you can report it because there is no subject matter for this.

The scam, I believe, starts with a Gmail hack and linked to Coinbase. The odd thing is how did they get past two-factor authentication (2FA). The other thing not explained by Coinbase is that I noticed the hack on the same day and within hours of the hack and immediately locked my account. It seems also odd that when I sold an asset the process took not hours but certainly more than a day for it to clear the funds. Of course, I do not hear from Coinbase after locking my account and submitting a notice to Coinbase via their online help form and telephone request to lock the account. As of now, I have no access to my account or any meaningful info from Coinbase.

This talent management recruiter approached me as Corinna Lee from Coinbase.

She wants to offer the job of administrative assistant-remote. I found it strange that a company from the U.S would suddenly contact a Canadian to work for them when they can simply just hire a US citizen...

There was no phone interview, or any kind of interview, she just sent a word document asking for me to sign the employment agreement.

Nonetheless, I stopped responding since a job offer without an interview is something I’ve never seen before, and only a scammer would offer you a job like that.

Used business name Coinbase and supposed to clean up computer to access plenty of fish but got inside computer and into bank account and requested itunes cards and other gift cards

This Indian guy, supposedly named Alex Peter called me from 1-888-912-1737 claimed he works at the IT dept for Coinbase (employee # 2459). He couldn't keep his story straight and it was obvious something wasn't right. He wanted me to download Teamviewer so he could diagnose some payment issues with Coinbase. He wanted me to log into my Coinbase account so he could steal digital currencies. I hung up right away and blocked his number. Please list the phone number stated above as a scam so nobody will fall for this.

Thanks!

Called multiple times claiming they were with Microsoft saying my personal information was vulnerable and hackers can easily obtain it. They ask for lots of personal information stating they will monitor your credit cards and Internet activity to prevent theft. They then remotely access your computer. When they tried to charge my cards fraud alerts were sent out. My computer was not usable afterwards when I tried contacting them back the person seemed surprised that I called back on the California number, he stated that someone would call me the next day and quickly hung up the phone. I called Microsoft and they stated that they never contact customers unless initiated by the customer. So I had to go to the Microsoft store to have whatever they were doing undone.
