The order was placed around the middle of July and tracking says package was delivered successfully august 13 2026! WHICH IS A LIE BECAUSE I'VE BEEN HERE THE ENTIRE TIME AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO ME (The post office even said that nothing has come through on their end either so!!) I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THEM BY EMAIL AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY COULD EITHER FIX THE ISSUE OR GIVE ME A FULL REFUND AND I WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE OTHERS FOLLOW SUIT!!! THEY HAVE REFUSED TO RESPOND AND WHAT'S WORSE IS THAT A REFUND HASN'T BEEN ISSUED EITHER.
