I ordered two pairs of “chacos” from a website that was offering $25.99 for them. After my package didn’t come in the 3-7 days it said it would, I reached out to the customer service and they told me to wait a bit longer. 3 days passed and still no package. I emailed them again and they offered to refund one pair of my shoes, but only when I get the package. I emailed them again saying that I wanted a full refund, but then they only offered to refund 20% of my order. I told them no and then bumped it to 40%. The tracking website for my package was very sketchy, and the person emailing me seemed to not understand that I wanted a full refund.
