Ordered perfume from cleverwhalego.com and never received it

I purchased a product for perfume at buy 2 get 1 free on July 3, 2023, for a total of $41.78 from Cleverwhalego.com. The advertisement was on a facebook and ticktoc app for this product. The link associated with this ad was "cleverwhalego.com" where your order is placed. The time frame to receive the order was 7-10 days. On or around July 13, 2023, I sent an email inquiring about my order since I have not seen any updates of the order being shipped. I sent the email to support.cleverwhalego.com ([email protected]). I received a response to wait one or two more days for the update. Ony July 26, 2023, I emailed the company again because I have not received the product. The company responded "Sorry for keeping you waiting. We will inform the shipping company to expedite the shipment of your parcel..." I emailed them again on July 28, 2023 and received the same message along with a tracking number and link to track the package. On July 31, 2023, I reached out again and was informed, "The freight forwarder confirms that your order is still in transit..." I still have not received a package at this point. On August 13, 2023, I reached out again, and I was informed that the package was delivered to Bellerose but absent of the exact address along with the tracking number. The tracking number indicates the package was delivered on August 3, 2023. No package was ever delivered. The mailbox is small and with an order of 3 bottles of perfume, it would be highly unlikely that the size of this package would fit in the mailbox. There was no package in the mailbox or around the perimeter or the house. Moreover, I checked the background of this company and discovered that the website is deceiving customers out of their money by never sending the products ordered. The website is operated by Landbase Trading Co, Ltd and has been used by many scam websites already. I should have checked reviews before purchasing and although $41.78 is not a lot of money, it is still a fraudulent practice and companies like this need to be stopped!
