Product purchased online. Website said they offer full refund in 30 days. Item was defective and unwearable. Not sewn correctly and not a match for the photo. Item shipped from overseas but changed to domestic once here. I tried to return the clearly defective item and they spent 5 days going back and forth with offers to keep the item with a partial refund or store credit. Final offer was to return the item but I pay shipping. Even though item is not wearable for anyone due to defect. Photos were provided. Photo shows how one side is seen incorrectly. Other side straps not attached and hanging.
