I paid for a product, received it in the mail and things were great. That is until I realized they were charging me a fixed rate of $21.99 every month. I contacted support and told them I did not sign up for a subscription only to hear them say that I did when I purchased the item (that was meant to be a one time purchase.) Not only are they charging me continuously, they aren’t even sending me a product! I’ve contacted them for 2 months to cancel my subscription but they so far have not.

I saw their ad on social media for a supplement and decided to purchase the item. It said it was only $30. I was then later charged for a subscription $40 that I never signed up for. It took weeks for me to receive the product. When I contacted their customer service to question the subscription and return the item, they emailed me back saying they would look into it. I’ve never heard back. I’ve emailed them multiple times. I’ve attached a screenshot of the order where I purchased and there is no where that it says a subscription. I don’t want anyone else to get scammed like I did.

I purchased 1 product from the website for $29.99. Never received the product or any confirmation of the order. 2 weeks later they charged my card again for $39.99
