I purchased sneakers from the named merchant July 1, 2023. It is now August 25, and I still have not received anything nor a refund. I have communicated with Rachel via email, and she continues to give me the run around. I would really appreciate either receiving my items or to be refunded. At this point I feel I have been stolen from. Please assist. Thank you
